【摘要】 对于教师胜任力的研究多从管理者和教师的角度进行分析,在"以学生为中心"深化新时代教育评价改革的大背景下,从学生视角探究教师胜任力更能促进从教到学教育范式的转变。通过对2 500名在校大学生的问卷调查和SSPS20.0统计分析,提出高校教师胜任力要素主要包括师生亲密度、教学技能、专业知识、教学风格、激发兴趣等5个因子15个影响变量,对教师发展和评价提供了新思路和新视角。更多还原

【Abstract】 Most of the research on teachers’ competence is from the perspective of managers and teachers.This paper is to explore teachers’ competence from the perspective of students,which can promote the transformation of educational paradigm from teaching to learning under the background of deepening the reform of student-centered education evaluation.Based on the questionnaire survey of 2500 university students and the statistical analysis of SSPS20.0,this paper concludes that the competency elements of university teachers mainly include five factors and 15 influencing variables,such as intimacy between teachers and students,teaching skills,professional knowledge,teaching style and stimulating interest,which provides a new idea and new perspective for teachers’ development and evaluation.更多还原
