【摘要】 目的基于中医传承计算平台软件,分析和总结中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普网中针灸治疗耳鸣的经穴配伍规律。方法收集CNKI中运用针灸治疗耳鸣的文献,筛选并建立穴位数据库,运用中医传承计算平台软件,探讨针灸治疗耳鸣的穴位配伍组方经验。结果筛选治疗耳鸣针灸处方451首,涉及穴位154个。分析得到置信度> 0.6的常用配穴组合11个,并得到穴位间的关联规则。结论通过中医传承计算平台对数据库筛选出的针灸治疗耳鸣的处方进行分析,阐明穴位取穴规律,为临床实践提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Based on the software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform, the compatibility rules of acupuncture and acupuncture points in China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI), Wanfang Database and VIP network for treating tinnitus were analyzed and summarized. Results The literature on the treatment of tinnitus by acupuncture in CNKI was collected, and the acupoint database was screened and established. The TCM inheritance computing platform software was used to explore the experience of acupoint compatibility of acupuncture in the treatment of tinnitus. Conclusion Through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform, the prescription of acupuncture treatment for tinnitus screened by the database was analyzed, and the law of acupoint selection was clarified to provide reference for clinical practice.更多还原
