【摘要】 目的提升药师对门诊处方的审核能力,加强处方审核的事前干预能力,筛选出不合理处方,提高合理用药水平。方法以PDCA循环理论为管理模式,以"药学工具网"的培训课程及题库作为考核内容,以"考试星"平台为考核工具,建立以提升药师审方能力为导向的培训管理模型。结果经过8个月的培训,药师的考核成绩明显提升,由3名门诊药师组成的第六届MKM中国药师职业技能大赛参赛队取得江苏省比赛一等奖、东区比赛二等奖。结论应用PDCA循环理论,建立培训管理模型,能提升药师对不合理处方的审核能力,是培训药师审方能力的有效措施,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the ability of pharmacists to audit outpatient prescriptions, strengthen the ability of pre intervention in prescription audit, screen out unreasonable prescriptions and improve the level of rational drug use. Methods The PDCA cycle theory was used as the management mode, the training courses and question bank of “pharmaceutical tool network”were taken as the assessment content, and the“examination star”platform was used as the assessment tool to establish the training management model oriented to enhance the ability of pharmacists to review prescriptions. Results After 8 months of training, the examination results of pharmacists were significantly improved. The sixth MKM Chinese pharmacist professional skills competition team composed of three outpatient pharmacists won the first prize of Jiangsu Province competition and the second prize of eastern district competition. Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle theory and the establishment of training management model can improve the ability of pharmacists to audit unreasonable prescriptions. It is an effective measure to train pharmacists’ ability of prescription review, which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
