【摘要】 目的观察中医治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法选取2017年6月—2020年3月河北省邢台市第五医院收治的100例肥胖型2型糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒患者,随机分为对照组(47例)和治疗组(53例)。对照组采用西医医治,治疗组在西医治疗基础上联合中药汤剂医治。比较2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症,能提高患者的临床治疗效果,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on skin pruritus of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 cases of obese type 2 diabetic itchy skin patients admitted to the Fifth Hospital of Xingtai from June 2017 to March 2020 were randomly divided into the control group(47 cases) and the treatment group(53 cases). The control group was treat-ed with western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of western medicine.The clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating skin pruritus of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus.更多还原
