【摘要】 中医基础理论是针对中医学专业学生开设的一门基础课和入门课,课程开设在大学一年级第一学期,学生的医学基础知识薄弱,尚未建立中医思维,且中医基础理论深奥,涉及范围广,导致在该课程教学过程中进行PBL教学有一定困难。但是通过侧重培养学生中医思维,精心设计问题,加强老师的引领作用等措施,上述困难是可以解决的,运用以问题为导向(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学法展开教学,使教学模式以教师教为主转变为以学生学为主,对提升学生的自主学习能力,培养学生的分析问题与解决问题能力,无疑是极为有利的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine is a basic course and an introductory course for students majoring in tradi-tional Chinese medicine. The course is offered in the first semester of the first year of university. The students have weak basic knowledge of medicine and have not yet established traditional Chinese medicine thinking. Moreover, the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine is profound and covers a wide range, which makes it difficult to carry out problem-based learning teaching in the course of this course. However, by focusing on training students ’thinking in traditional Chinese medicine, elaborately designing problems, and strengthening the leading role of teachers, the above-mentioned difficulties can be solved. Using PBL teaching method to carry out teaching, the teaching mode is changed from teacher-oriented to student-oriented. It is undoubtedly very beneficial to improving students’ autonomous learning ability and cultivating students’ ability to analyze and solve problems.更多还原
