【摘要】 外阴白斑是妇科较为常见的外阴疾病,临床症状主要表现为外阴瘙痒,发病率为5%～10%,是妇科常见的难治性疾病。目前西医对该病没有较好的治疗方法,只能局部注射维生素或激素缓解症状,但复发率较高。莎玫教授根据中医理论结合临床经验,从肝、脾、肾入手,临床运用理郁升陷汤加减治疗外阴白斑疗效确切。本文列举莎玫教授临床验案,以供临床参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vulvar leukoplakia is a common gynecological vulvar disease. The main clinical symptoms were pruritus vulvae. The inci-dence rate is about 5% to 10% of the total number of women. It is a common refractory disease in gynecology. At present, there is no good cure method for the disease in western medicine, only local injections of vitamins or hormones can relieve symptoms, but the re-currence rate is high. At present, there is no ideal treatment plan. Professor Sha Mei based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine combined with clinical experience, clinical application of Liyu Shengxian decoction in the treatment of vulva leukoplakia is effective.
