基于“钉钉”的翻转课堂混合式教学模式在影像设备学MRI教学中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨基于"钉钉"的翻转课堂混合教学模式在影像设备学MRI课程中的应用效果。方法选取广州中医药大学2018级第一临床医学院开设医学影像学课程的学生,共120名,随机分成3组,每组40名,每组再细分为4个小组,每组10名。小组内教学内容及教学模式一致,以便教学实施。3个组分别是传统教学组、翻转课堂联合传统教学组、基于"钉钉"的翻转课堂联合传统教学组,各组分别采用传统教学法、翻转课堂联合传统教学法、基于"钉钉"的翻转课堂联合传统教学法进行教学,结束教学后,通过调查问卷及理论知识测试等形式对教学方法的应用及效果进行评价。结果基于"钉钉"的翻转课堂联合传统教学组理论成绩高于传统教学组、翻转课堂教学组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。基于"钉钉"的翻转课堂联合传统教学组、翻转课堂教学组理论成绩均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论基于"钉钉"的翻转课堂的混合式教学模式在影像设备学MRI课程教学中应用有良好的效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of mixed teaching mode of flipped classroom based on the “Ding Talk”in MRI course in medical imaging equipment teaching. Methods A total of 120 students from the First Clinical Medical College of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, Grade 2018, who offered medical imaging courses, were randomly divided into 3 groups, with 40 stu-dents in each group, and each group was subdivided into 4 groups with 10 students in each group. The teaching content and teaching mode in the groups were consistent, so as to facilitate the teaching implementation. Three groups, respectively is the traditional class-room teaching group and tilt of the combined traditional teaching group, based on“Ding Talk”flipped class combined traditional classroom teaching group, each group respectively by traditional teaching method, reverse combined traditional classroom teaching method,based on the “Ding Talk”flipped class teaching with traditional teaching method, classroom after teaching, through questionnaires and theoretical knowledge test form the application of teaching methods, etc And the effect was evaluated. Results The theoretical performance of the flipped classroom combined with traditional teaching group based on “Ding Talk”was higher than that of the traditional teaching group and the flipped classroom teaching group, and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). The theoretical performance of the flipped classroom combined with traditional teaching group and the flipped classroom teaching group based on “Ding Talk”was higher than that of the traditional teaching group, and the difference was statistical significance( P<0.05). Conclusion Mixed teaching mode of flipped classroom based on the“Ding Talk”has a good effect in MRI course in medical image equipment teaching.
