【摘要】 本文从规范名医工作室管理这一议题出发,总结笔者单位十余年名医工作室管理经验,促使名医工作室的管理不断规范化、制度化和成效化。文中从医院层面和工作室层面分别阐述了日常管理的几点有效举措,包括工作室负责人负责制、团队成员分工制等。目前对名医工作室的管理进行系统研究和探讨的尚不多见,笔者单位对此进行了长期的研究和探索,现将相关经验总结分享,抛砖引玉,供同道参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper starts from the topic of standardizin g the management of the famous medical studios, which summarizes the management experience of the author’s unit over ten years. They want to promote the standardization, institutionalization and effectiveness of the management of famous medical studios. This paper expounds several effective measures of daily management from the hospital level and the studio level respectively, including the leadership responsibility system, team members division of labor system, etc. At present, it is rare to systematically study and discuss the management of the famous medical studios. The author ’s unit has carried out a long-term study and exploration on this issue.
