基于高通量测序Survey评估测定雷竹基因组大小
Genome Survey of Phyllostachys violascens ‘Prevernalis’ Based on High-thoughput Squencing
【摘要】 为研究雷竹基因组信息,基于高通量测序,利用Illumina测序平台对雷竹基因组进行了分析,采用K-mer法预测雷竹基因组大、杂合度和重复序列等基因组特征,结果表明:雷竹基因组大小约为1 913 Mb,修正后为1 897 Mb,杂合率为1.7%,重复序列比例为69.38%。
【Abstract】 Based on high-throughput sequencing, the genome of Phyllostachys violascens ‘Prevernalis’ was analyzed by Illumina sequencing platform, in order to study its genomic information. The K-mer method was used to predict its genomic characteristics, such as genome size, heterozygosity and repetitive sequence. The results showed that the size of Phyllostachys violascens ‘Prevernalis’ genome was about 1 913 mb, the revised size was 1 897 mb, the heterozygosity rate was 1.7%, and the proportion of repetitive sequence was 69.38%.
