【Abstract】 To promote the healthy and stable development of China’s real estate market and realize the optimal allocation of real estate resources, the government has successively issued various macro-control policies to stabilize housing prices and steer the market to rationality. Through the analysis of macro-control policies of real estate, this paper summarizes and reflects on the influence of different types of control policies on the market, and puts forward some suggestions for perfecting the long-term mechanism policies of real estate in China.更多还原
