基于元胞自动机的电连接器接触电阻微动磨损研究

【摘要】 电连接器微动磨损是电连接器常见失效模式之一。基于元胞自动机方法构建电连接器微动磨损的自组织模型,准确定义了元胞氧化概率数值,优化了磨粒磨损切削元胞体积,通过仿真数据与实验数据对比分析,绘制了经验值与金属膜层镀层因子的关系曲线。根据镀层因子和镀层有效电阻率提出了新的参数代替原有经验值,简化了接触电阻计算公式,为电连接器设计选型及优化分析提供了参考。

【Abstract】 Fretting wear of electrical connectors is one of the common failure modes of electrical connectors. In this paper, the self-organization model of fretting wear of electrical connectors is constructed based on cellular automata method. The value of cellular oxidation probability is accurately defined, and the cell volume of abrasive wear cutting is optimized. The relationship between empirical value and metal coating factor is drawn by comparing simulation data with experimental data. According to the coating factor and the effective resistivity of the coating, a new parameter is proposed to replace the original empirical value. The calculation of effective resistivity is avoided. The calculation formula of contact resistance is simplified, which provides a certain reference value for the design, selection and optimization analysis of electrical connectors.
