微型晶体谐振器预封定位平台协调运动控制研究
Research on Coordinated Motion of Micro-Crystal Resonator Pre-Sealed Positioning Platform
【摘要】 针对微型晶体谐振器封装定位平台功能需求与运动过程,制定其控制策略;建立定位平台动力学模型,规划合理的定位运动,设计微型晶体谐振器预封定位平台运动控制器;建立基于MATLAB/Simulink的控制器仿真模型,根据仿真结果验证控制器设计的正确性。
【Abstract】 A strategy to control the coordinated motion for the package positioning platform of the micro-crystal resonator is introduced in this paper. Dynamic model for the positioning platform is established. A motion controller for the pre-sealed micro-crystal resonator positioning platform is designed to programming the positioning movements. The design of the controller is verified by the numerical simulation results which is based on MATLAB/Simulink.
