Ang/Tie2通路在肿瘤血管生成中作用的研究进展

【摘要】 肿瘤血管生成是肿瘤发生发展的重要过程,新生血管满足肿瘤细胞的高营养和高氧需求,是促进肿瘤生长所必需的条件。Ang/Tie2通路调节血管发育、血管生成和血管稳态,尤其在肿瘤血管生成中发挥重要作用。Ang1可促进血管稳定,而Ang2在肿瘤中的高表达会影响血管的通透性并破坏血管稳定性。针对Ang/Tie2通路的靶向药物目前正在多个临床试验中研发。本文对Ang/Tie2通路在肿瘤血管生成的作用进行综述。

【Abstract】 Tumor angiogenesis is a crucial process in tumor development and progression. The angiogenesis is necessary to meet the high nutrient and oxygen demand of tumor cells and promote tumor outgrowth. The angiopoietin-Tie2 pathway regulates vascular development,angiogenesis and vascular homeostasis,especially plays an important role in tumor angiogenesis. Ang1 can promote vascular stabilization,and the high expression of Ang2 in tumors can affect vascular permeability and destroy vascular stabilization. Several investigational drugs targeted at angiopoietin-Tie2 pathway are in clinical development. In this paper,the research progress on the role of angiopoietin-Tie2 pathway in tumor angiogenesis was reviewed.
