3种食用油对大鼠生长发育、血脂水平和氧化应激的影响

【摘要】 为了解3种食用油的营养价值,将24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组,分别为大豆油组(SO)、橄榄油组(OO)和稻米油组(RO),饲喂15周后,对各组大鼠生长发育、血脂水平和氧化应激进行分析比较。结果表明:OO组和RO组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA和NEFA水平显著低于SO组,OO组和RO组大鼠血清SOD、GSH-Px水平显著高于SO组;OO组大鼠股骨重显著高于SO组和RO组。研究表明,与大豆油相比,橄榄油和稻米油具有降血脂和保护机体免受氧化应激损伤的作用。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the nutrition value of three kinds of edible oils, twenty four male SD rats were divided into soybean oil group(SO), olive oil group(OO) and rice bran oil group(RO), and their growth, blood lipid levels and oxidative stress were analyzed after fed for 15 weeks. The results showed that the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, MDA and NEFA in serum of OO and RO groups were significantly lower than those in SO group, and the levels of SOD and GSH-Px in OO and RO groups were significantly higher than those in SO group. Compared with SO and RO groups, the femur weight in OO group significantly increased. The research indicated that compared with soybean oil, olive oil and rice bran oil could improve lipid metabolism and protect the body from oxidative stress damage.
