【摘要】 前列腺癌是全球第二大男性癌症,大部分患者在确诊时已经发展为中晚期,雄激素剥夺疗法(Androgen deprivation therapy,ADT)始终是转移性前列腺癌最基础的治疗,但不论间歇性还是连续性内分泌治疗均有不良反应以及均会发展为去势抵抗性前列腺癌。中医药不仅对内分泌治疗产生的不良反应有改善作用,而且还能提高治疗效果。本文介绍1例转移性前列腺癌ADT联合中医药治疗后5年无症状生存。更多还原

【Abstract】 Prostate cancer is the second leading male cancer in the world. Most of the prostate cancer patients have developed into advanced stages when they had the confirmed diagnosis. Androgen deprivation therapy(ADT)is always the most basic treatment for metastatic prostate cancer after surgical castration. However, intermittent endocrine therapy and continuous endocrine therapy can all result into adverse reactions,and the patients after ADT will finally develop into castration-resistant prostate cancer. Traditional Chinese medicine not only has the effect on improving the adverse effects of endocrine therapy, but also can enhance the therapeutic effect. This article reported a case of metastatic prostate cancer after ADT combined with Chinese medicine and having achieved 5-year asymptomatic survival.更多还原
