【摘要】 目的基于中医传承辅助平台,分析和总结张伦忠教授治疗中老年郁证的组方规律和用药经验。方法收集张伦忠教授治疗中老年郁证的门诊首诊处方122首,运用中医传承辅助平台软件,分析其组方规律和用药经验。结果 122首处方中得出12个核心组合和6个新处方。结论张伦忠教授治疗中老年郁证善于从阴阳角度辨焦虑与抑郁,重视肝、脾、肾三脏,治以疏肝解郁、顾护中焦、补肾填精,多以桑麻地黄汤为基础方临证加减,采用复方治疗,标本兼治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and summarize Professor Zhang Lunzhong’s prescription rules and medication experience in the treatment of depression of middle and old age patients based on the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance.Methods A total of 122 prescriptions were collected from the outpatient department of Professor Zhang Lunzhong in the treatment of depression syndrome of middle aged and elderly patients.The rules of prescriptions and medication experience were analyzed by the software of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform.Results Twelve core combinations and 6 new prescriptions were obtained by analyzing the frequency and association rules of 122 prescriptions.Conclusion Professor Zhang Lunzhong is good at distinguishing anxiety and depression from Yin and Yang in the treatment of depression of middle-aged and elderly patients, paying attention to liver, spleen, and kidney.Treatment is supposed to aim for soothing liver and depresses, regulating middle-jiao, tonifying kidney and replenishing essence.Professor Zhang Lunzhong mainly takes Sangma Dihuang decoction as the basis to add and subtract based on the clinical symptoms, with compound treatment, to achieve good results.更多还原
