【摘要】 目的:调查阿戈美拉汀在精神专科医院住院患者中的临床使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:调查本院2016年9月～2020年8月住院患者阿戈美拉汀的使用情况,统计分析阿戈美拉汀的使用率及用药合理性:超说明书使用情况、是否按照规范使用前检查肝功能、是否规律复查肝功能、血生化异常发生率,以及血生化异常病例的处理情况和治疗转归。结果:阿戈美拉汀使用率为1.23%,59.02%超适应症用药,4.10%超年龄使用,60.33%使用前即明确肝功能,77.91%住院期间规律复查肝功能,92.30%合并使用其他经肝脏代谢的药物。住院期间血生化异常的发生率为13.48%,药物性肝损伤(DILI)发生率为1.48%。结论:阿戈美拉汀存在超说明书用药。用药前应检查肝功能,用药后应规律复查功能,同时加强相关用药教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To provide reference for clinical rational drug use of agomelatine by investigating its clinical application analysis in inpatients in psychiatric hospital. Methods: Investigate the use of agomelatine in hospitalized patients from September 2016 to August 2020. Statistical analysis was made on the utilization rate and rationality of agomelatine: whether the off-label use was in accordance with the standard,whether to check liver function regularly before use,whether to regularly review liver function,the incidence of blood biochemical abnormalities,and the treatment and outcome of abnormal blood biochemistry cases. Results: The use rate of agomelatine was1. 23%. 59. 02% were used beyond the indications,and 4. 10% were used beyond the age range. 60. 33%checked liver function before use,77. 91% regularly checked liver function during hospitalization,and 92. 30% of the patients used other drugs metabolized by liver. The incidence of blood biochemical abnormalities was 13. 48%,and the incidence of drug-induced liver injury( DILI) was 1. 48%. Conclusion: There are off-label use of agomelatine in clinic. Liver function should be checked before medication,and it should be reviewed regularly after medication.Relevant medication education should be strengthened.更多还原
