【摘要】 目的:了解河南省医疗机构不合理处方的现状,为开展处方审核提供参考。方法:利用处方审核培训平台收集河南省69家医院培训学员提交的3883张不合理处方,再由处方审核专家组点评,统计不合理处方的问题类型。使用卡方检验和回归分析等方法对不合理处方问题数的影响因素进行统计学分析。结果:处方不适宜性是影响处方合理性的主要原因,占比为75.38%。在5930个不合理问题类型中,占比较多的是用法用量不适宜、适应症不适宜、处方不规范。处方药品数、医院级别、处方类型是不合理处方问题数的主要影响因素。结论:药师应积极参与临床,减少不合理用药,保障处方的合理性,维护患者用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the current state of unreasonable prescription in medical institutions of Henan Province and provide references for developing prescription review. Methods: 3883 unreasonable prescriptions by training students from 69 hospitals in Henan Province were collected from the prescription review training platform,which were then commented by the expert group on prescription review,and the types of problems on unreasonable prescriptions were counted. Chi square tests and regression analyses were used to analyze the factors influencing the number of irrational prescription problems. Results: The inappropriateness of prescription was the main reason that affected the rationality of prescription,accounted for 75. 38%. Among the 5930 unreasonable problem types,most of them were inappropriate usage and dosage,inappropriate indications and nonstandard prescriptions. The number of prescription drugs,hospital level,and types of prescription were the main influencing factors for the number of unreasonable prescription problems.
