【摘要】 重症医学专科医师规范化培训(专培)已经成为国家培养优秀重症医学专科人才的重要环节,但是我国重症医学专科培训开展时间短、经验不足,需要借鉴国外发达国家的先进经验。文章系统地阐述了美国重症医学专培医师的申请、招生、管理及评估制度,并与国内重症医学专培的相关环节进行对比,提出未来可以通过提高专培学员同质化、构建有中国特色的专培里程碑评估体系、专培教育和学历教育相结合等方式,提升我国重症医学专培质量,为国家和社会培养出一批具有较高临床能力的专科医师。更多还原

【Abstract】 Standardized training for specialist of clinical care medicine has become the crucial part of the specialist training of critical care medicine in China. However, with the insufficient time and experience of specialist training of critical care medicine in China, we still need to draw lessons from advanced experience of developed countries. This paper systemmati-cally expounded the application, enrollment, management and evaluation system of American specialist training of critical care medicine, compared it with the relevant parts of domestic specialist training of critical care medicine, and proposed that in the future, through improving homogenization of trainee, constructing a milestone evaluation system with Chinese characteri-stics and combining specialist training and degree education, the quality of specialist training of critical care medicine in China will be promoted, and a batch of specialists with good clinical ability will be cultivated.更多还原
