【摘要】 住院医师规范化培训是医学生成长为合格的临床住院医师的重要教育环节。基于西安交通大学第二附属医院老年心血管内科多年的实践经验,文章对单病CBL和PBL结合的教学模式在住院医师规范化培训临床诊治技能教育中的作用及教学过程中出现的问题进行了探讨,同时以近三年单病CBL结合PBL教学模式教学成果为例,对该教学模式应用前后的老年心血管内科规培住院医师能力的变化进行了分析和对比:与传统LBL相比,以单病问题和病例为基础、以能力指向为教学考核指标的单病CBL结合PBL教学法,可以明显提升规培住院医师的自主学习能力、沟通交流能力、文献检索及信息获取能力、动手及临床实践能力。单病(C+P)BL教学模式的同质化教学将是住院医师规范化培训临床教学的新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Standardized training of residents is considered as an essentially important way for medical students to become qualified clinicians. Based on the practice and summary of geriatric cardiovascular medicine in department of geriatric cardiovascular medicine in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University for many years, the role of monopathic CBL and PBL in the standardized training of clinical diagnosis and treatment skills of physicians was discussed as well as the problems in teaching in this paper. At the same time, based on our teaching achievements in recent three years, we analyzed and compared the improvement of the ability of resident doctors in geriatri cardiovascular medicine before and after the application of monopathic CBL combined with PBL teaching method. Compared with traditional LBL, the teaching method of monopathic CBL combined with PBL, which is based on monopathic problems and cases, and competency-oriented teaching assessment, can significantly improve residents’ self-learning ability, communication ability, literature retrieval and information acquisition ability, as well as hands-on and clinical practice ability. The homogeneity teaching of single disease(C+P) BL teaching mode will be a new idea for clinical teaching of residents’ standardized training.更多还原
