双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合间歇蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床效果

【摘要】 目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片与间歇蓝光照射联合治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月广东省妇幼保健院收治的70例高胆红素血症新生儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组给予间歇蓝光照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,治疗后直接胆红素、总胆红素及经皮黄疸指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+高于对照组,CD8~+低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片与间歇蓝光照射联合应用,可显著提升新生儿高胆红素血症治疗效果,且不良反应少。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effects of bifidobacteria tetralogy tablets combined with intermittent blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods A total of 70 newborns with hyperbilirubinemia admitted to Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group were treated with intermittent blue light irradiation, and the observation group were treated with bifidobacterium tetractile tablet plus intermittent blue light irradiation, and the therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the indexes of direct bilirubin, total bilirubin and percutaneous jaundice were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of interleukin 8(IL-8), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), and C-reactive protein(CRP) in the 2 groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group’s CD4~+, CD4~+/CD8~+ were higher than the control group, and CD8~+ was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Bifidobacteria tetralogy tablets combined with intermittent blue light irradiation can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, with fewer adverse reactions.
