甘肃河西黄芪产量和品质的主要影响因素

【摘要】 目的:通过种苗选择和喷施生长调节剂提高河西走廊黄芪的产量和切片的药用品质。方法:采用两因素完全随机试验设计,比较种苗大小和生长调节剂对黄芪生物学产量、根鲜重、收获指数、根直径、主根长和药用系数的影响。结果:种苗越大,黄芪产量越高,切片品质越好;在芽苗期、拔节期、蕾薹期喷施1.3 g/L金哥赤霉素,可大大提高黄芪产量和黄芪切片的药用品质。结论:选择一年生大苗,并喷施3次1.3 g/L金哥赤霉素,可显著提高黄芪的产量和品质。

【Abstract】 Objective: By selecting seedling and spraying the growth regulator to improve medicinal quality of root slices and the yield of Astragalus membranaceus in Hexi Corridor. Methods: Two factors completely randomized test was used to investigate the effects of the seedling size and different growth regulator on biological yield, fresh root weight, harvest index, root diameter, taproot length and medicinal index of A. membranaceus. Results: Larger seedling could lead to higher yield and better root slices quality of A. membranaceus. The root yield of A. membranaceus and the slices medicinal quality of A. membranaceus could be greatly improved by spraying 1.3 g/L gibberellin(JINGE) at the budding-seedling stage, jointing stage, and bud bolting stage. Conclusion: The yield and quality of A. membranaceus could be significantly improved by selecting larger annual seedlings and treatment of spraying 1.3 g/L gibberellin(JINGE) for three times.
