【摘要】 目的:建立一种健脾生血颗粒的高效液相指纹图谱分析方法。方法:色谱柱:Tnature C₁₈（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm）;流动相:乙腈-0.1%三氟乙酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0ml·min^-1;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μl。以甘草酸铵色谱峰作为参照峰,采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统,通过15批样品的色谱图得到健脾生血颗粒的液相指纹图谱及其标准指纹图谱,并进行相似度评价。结果:建立了一种健脾生血制剂的液相指纹图谱检测方法及其标准液相指纹图谱,确定了18个共有特征峰,并指认了其中甘草酸铵组分,所得到的色谱图相似度均达到0.860以上。结论:该方法可从整体上表征健脾生血制剂的质量,可用于加强对本品质量的监控,确保临床用药的安全性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the fingerprint analysis of Jianpi Shengxue granules. Methods: A Tnature C₁₈ column（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid solution, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the column temperature was 30℃ and the injection volume was 10 μl. The HPLC fingerprints and the standard fingerprint of Jianpi Shengxue granules were obtained by using ammonium glycyrrhizinate as the reference peak, and the similarity was evaluated according to the similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine. Results: An HPLC method for the determination of Jianpi Shengxue preparation and its standard HPLC fingerprint was established, 18 common characteristic peaks were defined, ammonium glycyrrhizinate was identified, and the similarity of chromatogram obtained were all above 0.860. Conclusion: The method can characterize the quality of Jianpi Shengxue preparation on the whole, and can be used to monitor the quality of Jianpi Shengxue preparation and ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.更多还原
