【摘要】 目的:观察金天格胶囊联合伊班膦酸钠及碳酸钙对骨质疏松(OP)患者的疗效及安全性。方法:120例OP患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。两组患者均接受伊班膦酸钠及碳酸钙治疗,在此基础上观察组联用金天格胶囊治疗,两组均治疗6个月。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后骨密度(BMD)、骨代谢水平、Oswestry功能障碍指数、疼痛及骨折发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的BMD较前显著升高,且观察组患者的腰椎L1～L4、左胫骨颈、右股骨颈以及左侧髋部、右侧髋骨BMD高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者血钙(S-Ca)水平较前升高,AKP水平较前下降,且均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者Oswestry功能障碍指数以及疼痛情况评分均较前下降,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组6个月内骨折发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组急性期不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:金天格胶囊联合伊班膦酸钠及碳酸钙对OP患者疗效显著,可提高BMD,改善骨代谢指标水平,缓解功能障碍和疼痛症状,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of Jintiange capsules combined with ibandronate sodium and calcium in osteoporosis patients. Methods: One hundred and twenty cases of osteoporosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with ibandronate sodium and calcium,and the observation group was treated with Jintiange capsules additionally. Both groups were treated for 6 months. The differences in effective rate of treatment,bone mineral density(BMD),bone metabolism level,Oswestry dysfunction,pain and fracture incidence were investigated and comapred between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of observation group(90.00%) was significantly higher than that of control group(73.33%,P<0.05). The BMD of the two groups after treatment was higher than before treatment. The BMD of Lumbar L1-L4,left tibial neck,right femoral neck,left hip and right hip in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). The levels of serum calcium in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P< 0.05). After treatment,the Oswestry dysfunction and pain scores of the two groups were decreased,and the Oswestry dysfunction and pain score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01). The incidence of fracture in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group within 6 months(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of acute adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Jintiange capsules combined with ibandronate sodium and calcium agent has significant effects in osteoporosis patients with significantly increased bone mineral density index,improved the level of bone metabolism indicators,relieved dysfunction and pain symptoms and good safety.更多还原
