【摘要】 为了提高人才培养质量,全面落实立德树人,以辽宁省某高校为被试,调查发现高校学生思想政治工作存在学生关心个人的成长与发展从低年级到高年级明显呈上升趋势;大学期间对学生影响最大的人群排在首位的是同学和朋友;一半以上同学认为在大学生思想成长过程中起核心作用的是校园文化;在出现问题时只有不到六分之一的同学会选择咨询辅导员等四种现状。据此,提出加强高校学生思想政治工作应加强学生理想信念教育,提升国家民族责任感;加强校园文化建设,注重浸润式思想教育;贯彻高校"三全"育人的理念,适应人才培养的需求;加强辅导员队伍建设,提升思政教育能力的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve the quality of personnel training and fully implement morality and cultivate people, taking a university in Liaoning Province as a subject, it is found that there is an obvious upward trend in college students’ concern for personal growth and development in the ideological and political work of undergraduates; the people who are affected the greatest during college life are classmates and friends. More than half of the students think that campus culture plays a core role in the ideological growth of undergraduates; when there are problems, less than 1/6 of the students will choose counselors and four other kinds. On the basis of this, it is put forward that in order to strengthen the ideological and political work of undergraduates, we should strengthen the education of students’ ideals and beliefs, enhance the sense of national responsibility, strengthen the construction of campus culture, pay attention to infiltrating ideological education, and carry out the concept of"three-aspect"education in colleges and universities, which meets the needs of personnel training to strengthen the construction of counselors and improve the ability of ideological and political education.更多还原
