【摘要】 目的:总结王国华老中医运用麻黄汤治疗流感发热的临床经验。方法:通过复习相关中医文献、查阅古籍、跟师临证等方式,总结王国华老中医运用麻黄汤治疗流感发热的临床经验。结果:王国华老中医对于流感的病因比较认可"三虚"致病学说,其病位在肺卫,解表宣肺为基本治疗原则。麻黄汤治疗流感发热有其适应证,应用此法治疗时要中病即止,且需顾护阴液。所举验案中应用麻黄汤治疗流感发热取得了很好的临床效果。结论:流感起病急,发热为其主要症状,王国华老中医应用麻黄汤治疗流感,起效快,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of TCM master WANG Guohua in treating influenza fever with the Mahuang decoction( 麻黄汤). Methods: The clinical experience of TCM master WANG Guohua in treating influenza fever with the Mahuang decoction was summarized by reviewing the relevant TCM literature, consulting the ancient books, learning from teacher, etc..Results: WANG Guohua recognized the theory of “three deficiency” in the etiology of influenza. The disease was located in the pulmonary protective layer, and the basic treatment principle was to promote sweating in order to release the inhibited lung-energy. The Mahuang decoction on influenza fever has its indications. The treatment should be discontiniued when this method is effective, and Yinye( 阴液)protection should be emphasized. In the case cited, the application of the Mahuang decoction in treating influenza fever has achieved good clinical results. Conclusion: The main symptoms of influenza are acute onset and fever. The Mahuang decoction was applied in treating influenza by TCM master WANG Guohua, which quickly achieved curative effects, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
