【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合治疗真性红细胞增多症的临床疗效,及对患者血细胞、血凝及血液流变学指标的影响。方法:选择40例真性红细胞增多症患者,随机分为对照组20例和试验组20例。对照组采用标准西医治疗;试验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予辨证分型中医药治疗,总疗程为2个月,比较两组缓解效率、中医证候积分,检测两组患者血细胞、血凝和血液流变学水平。结果:试验组的总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后两组的中医证候积分均降低(P <0.05),且试验组显著低于对照组(P <0.05);与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的红细胞(Red Blood Cells,RBC)、血红蛋白(Hemoglobin,HGB)、D-二聚体(D-Dimer,D-D)水平明显降低(P <0.05),且试验组患者治疗后的RBC、HGB、D-D水平比对照组低(P <0.05);治疗后两组患者血液流变学指标的下降程度显著(P <0.05);两组治疗后血液粘度水平均降低,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:西医治疗基础上联合中医药治疗真性红细胞增多症有助于降低血液粘度,预防血栓形成,改善临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on polycythemia vera, and its effects on blood cells, hemagglutination and hemorheology indicators. Methods: 40 cases were randomly divided into the control group(20 cases) and the experimental group(20 cases). The control group was given standard Western medicine, and the experimental group was given TCM syndrome differentiation more. The treatment course was 2 months. Results: The total efficiency in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were decreased(P<0.05), and in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The RBC, HGB and D-D levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the decrease of hemorheology indexes in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the blood viscosity level in the groups was decreased, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating polycythemia vera in Western medicine plus Chinese materia medica is helpful to reduce blood viscosity, prevent thrombosis and improve clinical symptoms.更多还原
