【摘要】 目的:总结昆明市中医医院2018年麻醉药品和第一类精神药品的使用情况,指出使用中存在的问题,并给出相关整改意见。方法:利用医院信息系统(Hospital Information System,HIS)对2018年1-12月该院各个临床科室所使用的麻醉药品和第一类精神药品的品种、数量、科室分布、用药目的、销售金额进行统计,使用Excel 2010对数据进行处理,通过计算用药频度(Defined Daily Dose System,DDDs)、药物利用指数(Drug Utilization Index,DUI)、药品销售金额排序/DDDs排序等数据对用药情况进行分析。结论:在昆明市中医医院的严格管理下,麻醉药品和第一类精神药品的使用总体趋于合理,但也存在一些问题需要关注并整改,从而使得临床用药更加安全、有效、经济、合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In this paper, the application of narcotic medicines and the first category of psychotropic medicines in a hospital in 2018 was summarized, the problems existing in the application of those medicines were pointed out, and relevant rectification opinions were given.Methods: The variety, quantity, department distribution, the purpose of the medication, and the sales amount of narcotic medicines and the first category of psychotropic medicines used in each clinical department of the hospital from January to December 2018 were counted by HIS system.The data was processed by Excel 2010 software. The application of medication was analyzed by calculating DDDs, DUI, the ratio of medicines sales amount ranking to DDDs ranking and other data. Conclusion: Based on the strict management in the hospital, the application of narcotic medicines and the first category of psychotropic medicines tends to be reasonable on the whole, but there are also some problems that need to be paid attention to and rectified, so as to make clinical medication safer, more effective, more economical and more reasonable.更多还原
