【摘要】 目的：研究106例慢性阻塞性肺疾病（Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD）稳定期患者通过穴位贴敷治疗的疗效观察。方法：抽取广州中医药大学第一附属医院白云医院于2017年3月-2020年8月，此期间就诊的COPD稳定期患者共210例，将其依据随机抽样法分成对照组（104例，实施单纯西医治疗方式）和观察组（106例，额外实施穴位贴敷治疗方式），研究比对患者的血二氧化碳分压（Partial Pressure of Carbon Dioxide,PaCO2）、氧分压（Partial Pressure of Oxygen,PaO2）指标、症状积分、6分钟步行试验（6 Minutes Walk Test,6MWT）测定结果等。结果：与对照组相比，观察组COPD稳定期患者的PaCO2指标更低，PaO2指标更高（P <0.05）。与对照组相比，观察组COPD稳定期患者的咳痰、咳嗽、食少纳呆、喘息等症状积分更低（P <0.05）。与对照组相比，观察组COPD稳定期患者治疗后的6MWT指标更高（P <0.05）。结论：穴位贴敷治疗对于缓解病情，改善患者肺功能等有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of acupoint application in treating 106 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) at stable stage. Methods: A total of 210 COPD stable patients were selected from Baiyun Hospital, The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from March 2017 to August 2020, and they were randomly divided into the control group(104 cases, treated with pure Western medicine) and the observation group(106 cases, treated with additional acupoint application) according to random sampling. The results of PaCO2, PaO2, symptom score and 6 MWT were compared. Results:Compared with the control group, PaCO2 index was lower and PaO2 index was higher in the observation group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of symptoms such as sputum expectoration, cough, lack of appetite, restlessness and wheezing were lower in the observation group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the 6 MWT index of COPD patients in the observation group was higher after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint application is of great significance in alleviating disease and improving lung function.更多还原
