【摘要】 目的:本研究着眼于癫痫病间歇期,根据辨证分型进行穴位埋线治疗,观察疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为两组,对照组服用丙戊酸钠负荷剂量,治疗组服用丙戊酸钠1/2负荷剂量,穴位埋线主穴:印堂、大椎、百会、内关、合谷、太冲、腰奇。根据中医整体辨证分型加减,观察疗效。结果:患者发作次数比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。中医证候疗效比较,治疗组总有效率95.83%(46/48),对照组总有效率78.26%(36/46),中医证候疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率更低,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:根据辨证分型进行穴位埋线治疗可明显减少癫痫发作次数,并可改善临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect, this study focuses on the epileptic intermittent period according to the syndrome differentiation and classification of point selection for acupoint catgut embedding therapy. Methods: 100 epilepsy patients were randomized into a control group and a treatment group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given loading dose of sodium valproate,and the treatment group was given 1/2 loading dose of sodium valproate. The main acupoints of catgut embedding therapy were Yintang (印堂), Dazhui(大椎), Baihui(百会), Neiguan(内关), Hegu(合谷), Taichong(太冲) and Yaoqi(腰奇). According to the overall syndrome differentiation of TCM, acupoints selection was modified and the curative effect was observed. Results: There was a statistically significant difference between the numbers of epileptic seizures.(P<0.05). The curative effect of TCM syndromes was compared, the total effective rate of the treatment group and that of the control group was 95.83%(46/48) and 78.26%(36/46) respectively. Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy between the two groups showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint catgut embedding therapy can significantly reduce the number of epileptic seizures and relieve the clinical symptoms.更多还原
