【摘要】 目的:通过数据挖掘的方法,探讨中医药治疗臁疮的规律。方法:通过检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库,以近10年(2010年1月-2019年12月)收录的治疗臁疮的临床期刊文献为数据来源,使用Microsoft Excel 2016及SPSS Clemenine统计软件对整理的数据库进行中药频数及频率分析、药物功效频数分析、关联规则分析。结果:73张复方包含119味中药共计频数858次,其中使用频数前10位高到低依次为当归、黄芪、甘草、牛膝、茯苓、白术、赤芍、薏苡仁、黄柏、苍术,用药类别以补虚药、活血化瘀药、祛湿药(包括利水渗湿、化湿、祛风湿药)、清热药为主,经关联规则分析,支持度> 25%,得出药对关联规则10条,三味药关联规则17条。结论:活血、补虚、利湿、清热构成了中医药治疗臁疮的基本框架,活血化瘀贯穿始终,补虚与利湿清热则在臁疮不同时期和不同体质患者之间有所侧重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the law of TCM medicine in the treatment of ecthyma by the method of data mining. Methods:The data source is the clinical journal literature on the treatment of ecthyma collected by CNKI database in the past 10 years(January 2010 to December 2019), Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS Clementine statistical software were used to analyze frequency of TCM medicine,drug efficacy frequency and association rules of the database. Results: 73 pieces of compound prescriptions contain 119 kinds of TCM medicines with a total frequency of 858 times, among which the top 10 most frequently used herbs are angelica, astragalus, liquorice,achyranthes bidentata, poria cocos, atractylodes macrocephala, paeonia lactiflora, coix, phellodendron and atractylodes macrocephala. The main types of medication are tonic drugs, blood activating and stasis removing drugs, dehumidification drugs(including diuresis, dampness removing, dispels rheumatism drugs) and antipyretic drugs. Through the analysis of association rules, when the support is more than 25%,10 association rules of drug pair and 17 association rules of three drugs are obtained. Conclusion: Promoting blood circulation, tonifying deficiency, promoting dampness and clearing away heat constitute the basic framework of TCM medicine in the treatment of ichthyosis.Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis run through the whole process, while tonifying deficiency and promoting dampness and clearing away heat are emphasized in different periods of ichthyosis and patients with different constitution.更多还原
