【摘要】 文章总结了梁兆球主任数十年肺癌临证治疗经验,阐述了梁兆球主任对肺癌病因病机的认识,介绍了梁兆球主任"扶正治癌"的先进学术思想、扶正治疗肺癌的基本原则以及辨证治疗经验。根据中医辨证理论,梁兆球主任将肺癌分为四个证型,主张以扶正为主、佐以祛邪立方,以扶正疗法治疗时,先要厘清阴阳、辨明虚实,再综合考虑患者病理、病程等实际,强调辨证与辨病相结合。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the article, Director Liang Zhaoqiu’s decades of experience in clinical treatment of lung cancer is summarized, the director’s understanding on the etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer is expounded, and the director’s advanced academic thoughts of "Fuzheng to treat cancer"(扶正治癌), the basic principles of "Fuzheng to treat cancer" and the director’s clinical experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment is introduced. According to TCM syndrome differentiation theory, Director Liang Zhaoqiu divided lung cancer into four syndrome types, advocated that when treating disease by the Fuzheng therapy(扶正疗法), we must first clarify Yin and Yang(阴阳), distinguish deficiency from excess, and then comprehensively consider the patient’s pathology and course of disease. The treatment plan is determined mainly by strengthening the body, supplemented by eliminating evil, and the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation is emphasized.更多还原
