【摘要】 目的:分析探讨桂枝加葛根汤联合项三针治疗神经根型颈椎病(Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy,CSR)的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2017年12月-2019年12月期间我院收治的90例CSR患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组给予口服甲钴胺片治疗,观察组在此基础上给予桂枝加葛根汤联合项三针治疗。分析比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后疼痛评定指数(Pain Rating Index,PRI)、现时疼痛强度(Present Pain Intensity,PPI)积分、颈椎病临床评价量表(Clinical Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis,CASCS)和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组治疗后PRI、PPI水平均显著降低,CASCS评分各项评分及总分均显著升高,组间比较均有显著差异(P <0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P> 0.05)。结论:桂枝加葛根汤联合项三针治疗可有效改善CSR患者的临床症状,疗效显著,安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of the Guizhi Gegen decoction(桂枝加葛根汤) plus acupuncture at neck acupoints on CSR.Methods: 90 cases were selected and divided into the observation group(45 cases) and control group(45 cases) by random number table.The control group was treated with oral mecobalamin tablets, and the observation group was treated with the Guizhi Gegen decoction plus acupuncture at neck acupoints more.Results: The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the PRI and PPI levels in the groups were significantly reduced, and the CASCS scores and total scores were significantly increased, and there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The Guizhi Gegen decoction plus acupuncture at neck acupoints can effectively ameliorate the clinical symptoms, with significant curative effects and high safety.更多还原
