【摘要】 女性乳腺疾病的发生率逐年增加,乳腺癌成为了我国女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,乳腺良恶性实性肿块的鉴别诊断一直是医学影像学研究的重点难点。超声造影使实性肿瘤中的低速低流量的微小血管得以显示,并进行实时动态评估,从而提高了诊断及鉴别乳腺良恶性肿块的准确率。该文就超声造影在乳腺实性肿块良恶性诊断中的应用价值进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The incidence of female breast diseases has been increasing year after year,Breast cancer has become the most common malignant tumor among Chinese women. The differential diagnosis of benign and malignant solid breast masses is always the key and difficult point in medical imaging research. Contrast-enhanced ultrasound( CEUS)can display the small blood vessels with low velocity and low flow in solid tumors and make real-time dynamic evaluation,thus improving the accuracy of the diagnosis and differentiation of benign and malignant breast masses. The application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses is reviewed in this paper.更多还原
