甲基苯丙胺成瘾者戒断期的脑源性神经营养因子变化研究进展
Research the Changes of Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor Levels in Methamphetamine Addicts During Withdrawal
【摘要】 脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)参与了神经发生、神经可塑性及认知功能等多种神经活动,参与学习和记忆的过程,对神经可塑性的调节和损伤后修复具有重要影响,被认为是与成瘾行为相关的生物标志物。本文回顾了国内外BDNF与物质成瘾关系以及甲基苯丙胺成瘾者戒断期外周血BDNF变化研究的相关文献,旨在对后续研究提供有益的参考资料。
【Abstract】 Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) is the most abundant neurotrophic factor in the Brain. It is involved in various neural activities such as neurogenesis, neuroplasticity and cognitive function. As a biomarker for addictive behaviors, it is related to the process of learning and memory, and plays an important role in the regulation of neuroplasticity and postinjury repair. This paper reviewed latest literatures on the relationship between BDNF and substance dependence as well as the changes of BDNF in peripheral blood of methamphetamine addicts during withdrawal, so as to provide useful information for future studies.
