【摘要】 目的观察上感颗粒对肺炎链球菌感染性肺炎小鼠外周血CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞、CD4+/CD8+,血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(SIL-2R)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响,探讨上感颗粒治疗肺炎链球菌肺炎的免疫调节机制。方法肺炎链球菌感染性肺炎小鼠随机分成6组,测定给药第3天末、第6天末小鼠CD4+、CD8+T细胞、CD4+/CD8+水平,观察给药第3天末、第6天末小鼠IL-2、SIL-2R、IL-6、TNF-α水平的变化。结果上感颗粒的小剂量组、大剂量组、大剂量联合左氧氟沙星组均能降低肺炎链球菌感染性肺炎小鼠外周血CD4+、CD8+T细胞、血清SIL-2R、IL-6、TNF-α水平,升高IL-2水平,与模型组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上感颗粒可减少肺炎链球菌肺炎小鼠外周血CD4+、CD8+T细胞,降低血清SIL-2R、IL-6、TNF-α水平,升高血清IL-2水平,提示其具有免疫调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of Shanggan Granules on peripheral blood CD4+,CD8+T lymphocytes,CD4+/CD8+,serum interleukin-2(IL-2),and soluble interleukin-2(SIL-2 R),IL-6,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in mice with pneumonia caused by streptococcus pneumoniae,and to explore the immunoregulatory mechanism of Shanggan Granules in the treatment of pneumonia caused by streptococcus pneumoniae.Methods:Mice with streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia were randomly divided into 6 groups,and the levels of CD4+,CD8+T cells,CD4+/CD8+at the end of the 3 rd day of administration were measured,and the changes of IL-2,SIL-2 R,IL-6,and TNF-α of the mice were observed at the end of the 3 rd day and at the end the 6 th day after administration.Results:The low-dose,high-dose,and high-dose combined with levofloxacin group of Shanggan Granules could reduce peripheral blood CD4+,CD8+T cells,serum SIL-2 R,IL-6,and TNF-α in mice with pneumonia caused by streptococcus pneumoniae.The level of IL-2 increased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the model group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Shanggan Granules can reduce peripheral blood CD4+and CD8+T cells in mice with streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia,reduce serum SIL-2 R,IL-6,TNF-α levels,and increase serum IL-2 levels,suggesting that it has an immunomodulatory effect.更多还原
