【摘要】 目的观察生姜泻心汤治疗竹叶青蛇咬伤患者凝血功能障碍的临床疗效。方法纳入2019年至2020年我院收治合并有凝血功能障碍的竹叶青蛇咬伤患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为常规治疗组、抗蛇毒血清组、生姜泻心汤组3组,收集患者入院第1天、第3天、第7天的血小板(PLT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)水平,以及患者住院时间、住院费用数据。比较在不同干预措施下各组患者上述指标的改善及住院时间、住院费用。结果生姜泻心汤能更好地减轻患者急性期PLT、PT、APTT、Fg凝血指标的恶化,并有效改善各项指标,降低住院费用。结论生姜泻心汤能有效改善竹叶青蛇咬伤引起的凝血功能障碍,提高临床疗效,减少住院费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of coagulation dysfunction in patients with Trimeresurus stejnegeri bite. Methods:From 2019 to 2020,patients who were admitted to our hospital with coagulation dysfunction caused by Trimeresurus stejnegeri bite were enrolled. According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into three groups:the conventional treatment group,antivenom serum group,and Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction group. The patients′ platelet(PLT),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(Fg)levels on the first,third,and seventh days of admission,and the length of hospital stay,hospital cost data were collected. The improvement of the above indicators and the difference in hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of each group under different intervention measures were compared. Results:Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction could better alleviate the deterioration of PLT,PT,APTT,Fg coagulation indexes in the acute phase,and effectively improve various indexes and reduce hospitalization expenses. Conclusion:Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction can effectively improve the blood coagulation dysfunction caused by Trimeresurus stejnegeri bite,improve the clinical efficacy,and reduce the cost of hospitalization.更多还原
