【Abstract】 The research on the promotion and training mechanism of higher vocational college students’ soft power under the mode of work-study combination is an important research topic in the current new situation. In the process of constructing the training mechanism of soft power, higher vocational colleges must focus on the dynamic mechanism, operation mechanism, guarantee mechanism and innovation mechanism of higher vocational students’ soft power based on the combination of work and study.
