【Abstract】 To promote the national standardized training system for resident physicians to further fully implement and increase efficiency, base construction is the fundamental, and the faculty is the core. Zhejiang Cancer Hospital took optimizing the teaching performance files of the teaching staff as the starting point. While strengthening the clinical teaching and management capacity training of the teaching staff, we also optimized the structure and content of teaching performance files such as teaching management, teacher qualifications, teaching workload, teaching contributions, etc. And the teaching performance points with the promotion incentive mechanism was linked.
