【摘要】 目的探讨归芪合剂联合蜂疗预防肺腺癌患者二线化疗后骨髓抑制临床效果。方法选择培美曲塞化疗后肺腺癌患者124例,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各62例。对照组采用单纯西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用归芪合剂联合蜂疗治疗。比较2组骨髓抑制发生率、骨髓抑制分级情况、KPS评分变化情况及治疗前后GM-CSF水平。结果观察组骨髓抑制发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组I～II级白细胞、红细胞及中性粒细胞抑制发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组II级血小板抑制发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组KPS评分提高和稳定比例均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组KPS评分降低比例均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后GM-CSF水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组治疗后GM-CSF水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论归芪合剂联合蜂疗用于肺腺癌化疗后患者可有效预防骨髓抑制发生,提高生活质量,可能与该方案能够更有效上调GM-CSF表达有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guiqi Mixture combined with apitherapy in preventing myelosuppression in patients with lung adenocarcinoma after second-line chemotherapy.Methods 124 patients with lung adenocarcinoma after pemetrexed chemotherapy were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine alone,and the observation group was treated with Guiqi Mixture combined with apitherapy on the basis of the control group.The incidence of myelosuppression,grade of myelosuppression,changes in KPS score,and GM-CSF levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of myelosuppression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of grade I-II leukocyte,erythrocyte and neutrophil inhibition in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of grade II platelet inhibition in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The improvement and stable ratios of KPS score in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The decreasing ratios of KPS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The GM-CSF level of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The GM-CSF level of the control group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Guiqi Mixture combined with apitherapy can effectively prevent meylosuppression and improve the quality of life in patients with lung adenocarcinoma after chemotherapy,which may be related to the more effective up-regulation of GM-CSF expression by this regimen.更多还原
