【Abstract】 This article analyzes the problems in nursing management feedback,and comes up with a new method to give constructive feedbacks,namely,identifying settings,behavior description,expressing concerns,asking for causes,constructing improvement strategies,offering help and noticing changes.The English initials of the seven steps form I BEACON,which means I light up or was lit up.The whole process reflects the leading role of the nursing manager and the principal function of nurses.It provides a guide for managers to give constructive feedback,and for nurses to reflect and discover by themselves,promoting the learning and growth of both parties.更多还原
