【摘要】 目的研究系统性院内日间康复模式对慢性精神分裂症患者康复疗效的影响。方法选取2016年4月—2018年11月于我院接受治疗的120例慢性精神分裂症康复期患者作为研究对象。以随机抽签法将其等分成观察组及对照组。对照组予以常规干预,观察组则采用系统性院内日间康复模式干预。比较干预前后2组康复疗效,自知力与治疗态度,个人与社会表现,自尊程度等方面的差异。结果干预后,观察组简明精神病量表(brief psychiatric rating scale,BPRS)评分低于对照组(t=10.710,P<0.001)。自知力与治疗态度问卷(insight and treatment attitude questionnaire,ITAQ)总分,个人与社会表现量表(personal and social performance scale,PSP)评分及卢森堡自尊量表(Luxembourg scale of self-esteem,SES)评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论系统性院内日间康复模式应用于慢性精神分裂症患者中,可获得较为理想的康复疗效,同时有利于改善患者的自知力与治疗态度,个人与社会表现,同时提高患者自尊,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze the effect of systematic in-hospital day rehabilitation on patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 120 chronic schizophrenia patients treated in our hospital between April 2016 and November 2018 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group was provided with systematic in-hospital day rehabilitation.The efficacy,self-knowledge and compliance,individual and social performance and self-esteem were evaluated using the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),the insight and treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ),personal and social performance scale(PSP)and Luxembourg scale of selfesteem(SES)for both groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the BPRS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=10.710,P<0.001).However,their ITAQ,PSP and SES scores higher than the latter(P<0.05 for both).Conclusion The application of systematic in-hospital day rehabilitation model in patients with chronic schizophrenia can obtain relatively ideal rehabilitation effect,improve their self-knowledge and compliance,personal and social performance,as well as self-esteem.Therefore,it is worth promoting.更多还原
