【Abstract】 TCM archiater QIAN Yufan holds that exogenous pathogenic factors of children with tonsillitis result from pathogenic wind-heat, while endogenous factors thereof result from congenital insufficiency of lung and kidney.He divides the disease into acute attack stage and remission stage.The acute attack stage was differentiated between wind-heat invasion and heat-toxin exuberance.The remission was differentiated between lung and kidney yin deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis binding.He adopts the treatment principles of treating the tip in acute diseases and treating the root in case of chronic diseases, respectively treats with dispelling wind and dispersing heat to relieve sore-throat, clearing away heat and removing toxin to clear away throat, clearing away deficiency-heat and invigorating lung and kidney, resolving phlegm to dissipate stagnation and promoting qi flow to activating blood circulation.He uses modified Yinqiao San(银翘散),Puji Xiaodu Yin(普济消毒饮), Yuanmai Jiegan Tang(元麦桔甘汤) combined Baihe Gujin Tang(百合固金汤) and Jiawei Xiaoluo Tang(加味消瘰汤) respectively, with marked clinical efficacy.One case is attached for verification.更多还原
