【摘要】 目的探讨改良型腮腺切除术相较于传统腮腺切除术对腮腺肿瘤的治疗效果及CA125、β2-MG水平影响情况。方法选取2019年3月至2020年5月间我院收治的腮腺肿瘤需行手术治疗的患者66例,将其以数字随机表法的分组形式均分为观察组及对照组,每组33例。给予对照组患者传统腮腺切除术进行治疗,给予观察组患者改良腮腺切除术进行治疗,对比观察两组患者手术情况、术前后相关肿瘤指标及并发症出现等指标。结果两组患者手术时间、出血量对比无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组患者住院时间明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者CA125、β2-MG水平均较治疗前明显下降且观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症出现情况明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良型腮腺切除术治疗腮腺肿瘤效果好,安全性高,极大程度上改善了患者生活质量及预后,值得于临床中进一步推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate the effect of modified parotidectomy on parotid gland tumors. Methods Selected 66 patients with parotid gland tumors admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 and divided into observation group and control group in the form of random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional parotidectomy, and the patients in the observation group were treated with modified parotidectomy. The two groups of patients were compared and observed the operation status, related tumor indicators before and after the operation, and the occurrence of complications. Results There was no significant difference in the operation time and blood loss between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);the hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);CA125,β2-MG of the two groups of patients after treatment-MG level was significantly lower than before treatment and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complications of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Modified parotidectomy is effective and safe in the treatment of parotid gland tumors, which greatly improves the quality of life and prognosis of patients, and is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.更多还原
