【摘要】 目的探析细节护理应用在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征病人多导睡眠监测护理中的作用。方法将我院接收的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者随机纳入42例列为观察对象,以收治先后奇偶顺序法分成常规组及研究组,各组均分21例。常规组获得常规护理,研究组获得细节护理。就两组临床指标予以对比分析。结果研究组临床指标优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论针对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者,在多导睡眠监测护理过程中加入细节护理,可为改善临床指标并提升护理满意评价给予助力,故可积极应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of detailed nursing application in the nursing of polysomnography in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods 42 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome received in our hospital were randomly enrolled as observation objects.They were divided into routine group and research group according to the order of admission and odd-even,and each group was divided into 21 cases.The routine group received routine care,and the study group received detailed care.The two clinical indicators were compared and analyzed.Results The clinical indicators of the study group were better than those of the routine group (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,adding detailed care to the nursing process of polysomnography can help improve clinical indicators and improve nursing satisfaction evaluation,so it can be actively used.更多还原
