【摘要】 目的评价蒲地蓝联合布地奈德治疗小儿急性咽喉炎的疗效。方法选取2018年1月-2019年12月间曾于我院就诊的102例小儿急性咽喉炎患者并根据其用药,将其分为对照组55例与观察组47例,除常规治疗外,对照组予布地奈德治疗,观察组予地蓝联合布地奈德治疗,观察对比两组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.87%(46/47),显著高于对照组的83.63%(46/55),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗中均无严重不良反应发生。结论蒲地蓝联合布地奈德治疗小儿急性咽喉炎的疗效显著,安全可靠,具有推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of podilan combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with acute pharyngitis. Methods We selected 102 children with acute pharyngitis in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 and divided them into a control group of 55 cases and an observation group of 47 cases based on their medications. In addition to conventional treatment, the control group Treated with budesonide, and the observation group was treated with Dilanin combined with budesonide to observe and compare the efficacy of the two groups.
