【摘要】 目的探讨彭氏电刀在下咽部肿瘤微创治疗中的作用及临床效果。方法选择下咽部肿瘤患者28例,其中炎性肿块6例;良性肿瘤12例;恶性肿瘤10例。对于良性病变应用彭氏电刀进行了微创手术,对于恶性肿瘤小的病变使用彭氏电刀进行手术,偏大的肿瘤联合等离子进行手术。结果 18例良性肿瘤患者治疗后未见复发;9例鳞状细胞癌患者手术后7例进行术后放疗,现在已经6月-6年未见复发;1例梨状窝内侧壁鳞状细胞癌患者拒绝放疗,术后8月肿瘤复发,自服中药治疗,术后2年1月死亡。1例术后40天,放疗进行中。结论彭氏电刀可以在下咽部微创手术中使用,有使用简单,操作方便,效果良好的特点,适应于基层医院使用,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the function and clinical practice value of Peng’s multifunction operative dissector (PMOD) in minimally invasive surgery for hypopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods The analysis was performed of 28 hypopharyngeal carcinoma cases,6 cases of them are inflammatory lump,12 cases are benign tumors,and 10 cases are malignant tumor.To the inflammatory lump patients who were conducted minimally invasive surgery,Peng’s multifunction operative dissector (PMOD) for small malignant tumors,plasma was used for large tumors.Results No recurrence was seen in 18 patients with benign tumors after treatment;9 patients with squamous cell carcinoma received postoperative radiotherapy after surgery,and no recurrence has been seen from 6 days to 6 years;A patient with medial wall pyriform sinus cancer refused radiotherapy.The tumor recurred 8 months after the operation.The patient was treated with Chinese medicine and died 2 years and 1 month after the operation.1 case was 40 days after surgery under Radiotherapy.Conclusion The application of Peng’s multifunction operative dissector minimally invasive surgery for hypopharyngeal carcinoma It is simple to use,easy to operate,and has good effects,and which is worthy of clinical application and dissemination.更多还原
