【摘要】 目的:探讨稳心颗粒联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗老年冠心病的临床效果及对心功能、不良反应的影响。方法:选取本院2017年10月-2019年10月收治的86例老年冠心病患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用稳心颗粒治疗。比较两组血管内皮功能、心功能及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗前血管内皮功能、心功能指标相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后ET-1、VEGF水平分别为(72.19±6.28)pg/L、(74.58±8.27)ng/L,均低于对照组的(80.34±7.21)pg/L、(81.36±8.41)ng/L,NO水平为(70.14±7.59)μmol/L,高于对照组的(63.45±7.13)μmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后LVEF、CI水平分别为(57.19±6.74)%、(3.42±0.49)L/(min·m~2),均高于对照组的(49.36±6.42)%、(2.93±0.45)L/(min·m~2),LVED-VI水平为(70.21±5.46)mL/m~2,低于对照组的(78.52±5.63)mL/m~2,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:联用稳心颗粒与瑞舒伐他汀可改善老年冠心病患者血管内皮功能,缓解心肌缺血现象,促进心功能恢复,安全可靠,值得临床广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Wenxin Granules combined with Rosuvastatin in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease on vascular endothelial function,cardiac function and adverse reactions.Method:A total of 86 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rosuvastatin,and the observation group was treated with Wenxin Granules on the basis of the control group.The vascular endothelial function,cardiac function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in vascular endothelial function and cardiac function indexes between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05);the levels of ET-1 and VEGF in the observation group after treatment were (72.19±6.28) pg/L,(74.58±8.27) ng/L,lower than (80.34±7.21) pg/L,(81.36±8.41) ng/L of the control group,the NO level was (70.14±7.59) μmol/L,higher than (63.45±7.13) μmol/L of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);after treatment,the LVEF and CI levels of the observation group were (57.19±6.74) %,(3.42±0.49) L/(min·m~2),higher than (49.36±6.42)%,(2.93±0.45) L/(min·m~2) of the control group,LVED-VIlevel was (70.21±5.46) mL/m~2,lower than (78.52±5.63) mL/m~2 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined use of Wenxin Granules and Rosuvastatin can improve vascular endothelial function,relieve myocardial ischemia and promote the recovery of cardiac function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease,it is safe and reliable,and worthy of widespread clinical application.更多还原
