【摘要】 目的:观察与研究以PDCA为指导的健康教育对膝骨性关节炎壮药泥灸治疗患者治疗认知、态度及行为的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年6月收治的86例进行膝骨性关节炎壮药泥灸的患者,将2019年1-10月进行常规健康教育的43例患者设为对照组,将2019年11月-2020年6月以PDCA为指导进行健康教育43例患者设为观察组。比较两组健康教育前及健康教育后2、4周的治疗认知、态度、行为及对健康教育效果和模式的满意度。结果:健康教育前,两组的治疗认知、态度及行为比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);健康教育后2、4周,观察组的治疗认知、态度、行为及健康教育效果和模式均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以PDCA为指导的健康教育可改善膝骨性关节炎壮药泥灸治疗患者的治疗认知、态度及行为,其在膝骨性关节炎壮药泥灸治疗患者中的受认可程度及应用价值均相对更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and study the influence of health education guided by PDCA for treatment cognition,attitude and behavior of patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with mud moxibustion of Zhuang medicine.Method:A total of 86 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with mud moxibustion of Zhuang medicine from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected.43 patients treated with routine health education from January to October 2019 were chosen as the control group,43 cases with health education guided by PDCA from November 2019 to June 2020 were chosen as the observation group.Then the treatment cognition,attitude and behavior were compared between two groups before and after 2 and 4 weeks of health education,and the satisfaction degree for health education effect and mode were compared between two groups.Result:Before health education,there were no significant differences in treatment cognition,attitude and behavior between the two groups (P>0.05).2 and 4 weeks after health education,the treatment cognition,attitude,behavior,health education effect and mode of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The health education guided by PDCA can improve the treatment cognition,attitude and behavior of patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with mud moxibustion of Zhuang medicine,so the recognized degree and application value in the patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with mud moxibustion of Zhuang medicine are relatively higher.更多还原
