蒲公英酸奶对小鼠体液免疫的影响

【摘要】 目的:通过比较蒲公英酸奶、蒲公英黄酮酸奶和蒲公英黄酮汁对小鼠体液免疫指标的测定,探索蒲公英酸奶对小鼠体液免疫的影响。方法:首先以超声法从蒲公英中提取黄酮,并制备蒲公英黄酮酸奶。选取体重相近小鼠,随机分为四组,每组10只,常规饲养。各组分别每天早、晚各灌胃一次(0.5 mL/只):一组生理盐水(空白对照组)、二组蒲公英酸奶(蒲公英酸奶组)、三组蒲公英黄酮酸奶(蒲公英黄酮酸奶组)、四组蒲公英黄酮汁(蒲公英黄酮汁组),连续灌胃4周。第5周取小鼠进行胸腺、脾脏免疫器官指数测定、溶菌酶试验和小鼠抗体生成细胞水平测定其体液免疫功能。结果:与空白对照组相比,其他三组免疫器官指数均升高(P<0.05),溶菌作用均显著增强(P<0.01),溶血素含量、溶血空斑数均显著增多(P<0.01);但蒲公英黄酮酸奶组和蒲公英酸奶组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);与蒲公英黄酮汁组比较,蒲公英酸奶组的溶菌作用显著增强(P<0.05),溶血素含量、溶血空斑数均显著增多(P<0.05)。结论:蒲公英酸奶可明显提高小鼠体液免疫功能,且与蒲公英黄酮酸奶效果相当,该结果为蒲公英产品的开发提供了数据支撑。

【Abstract】 Objective:By comparing the effects of dandelion yogurt,dandelion flavone yogurt and dandelion flavone juice on humoral immunity in mice,to explore the effect of dandelion yoghurt on humoral immunity in mice.Method:Firstly,flavonoids were extracted from dandelion by ultrasonic method,and dandelion flavonoid yogurt was prepared.Mice with similar body weights were selected and randomly divided into four groups,10 mice in each group,and they were reared routinely.Each groups were given intragastric administration once in the morning and evening (0.5 mL/head):the first group of physiological saline (blank control group),the second group of dandelion yogurt (dandelion yogurt group),the third group of dandelion flavone yogurt (dandelion flavone yogurt group),the fourth group of dandelion flavonoid juice (dandelion flavonoid juice group) were given intragastrically for 4 weeks.In the 5th week,mice were taken for thymus and spleen immune organ index determination,lysozyme test,and mouse antibody-producing cell level to determine their humoral immune function.Result:Compared with the blank control group,the immune organ index of the other three groups were increased (P<0.05),the bacteriolytic effect were significantly enhanced (P<0.01),the content of hemolysin,and the number of hemolytic plaques were significantly increased (P<0.01);but there was no significant difference between the dandelion flavone yogurt group and the dandelion yogurt group (P>0.05);compared with the dandelion flavone juice group,the bacteriolytic effect of the dandelion yogurt group was significantly enhanced (P<0.05),hemolysin content,the number of hemolysis plaques were significantly increased (P<0.05).Conclusion:Dandelion yogurt can significantly improve humoral immune function in mice,and its effect is similar to that of dandelion flavonoid yogurt.The result lays foundation for the development of dandelion products.
